Great, glad we got some grammar out the way. Now lets talk about why you’re here. There is a good chance I sent you to this site, or you stumbled upon it whilst you were stalking my beard. Either way, I’d love to take a brief moment to explain my philosophy on what makes a great Creative Director, my style, and show you some colorful designs. So, pour your favorite beverage (I’ll pour some whiskey) and let’s get to it.
DREAM AND MAKE WITH PURPOSE
Those who manage the day-to-day and those who lead the dream; those who allow their environment to affect them and those who affect their environment; those who expect people to already be great and those who grow people from good to great. I subscribe to the latters. There are only three things you have to remember to be a great leader.

GIVE A (LOT OF) SHIT ABOUT PEOPLE
A great Creative Director is like a navigator in a rally race. You gotta stay calm, call the course, and constantly check your cars vitals, all while keeping the big picture of the race in mind and knowing if your team crashes, you crash too.
A great Creative Director is also like a science professor. You teach your class everything they need to succeed and experiment. And when they fail, and they will (some more than others), you pick up the beakers and help them learn what went wrong.
And a great Creative Director most importantly is like an Australian Shepherd. You’re extremely loving and loyal to your team, leading them in the right direction and jumping in when they need help. All while keeping on a dog-ear-to-dog-ear smile.
